The workings of our cells can be summed up in a few basic functions. Extract, transport, transfer, utilize and eliminate. Impede the process at any junction and you disrupt the balance within the entire system resulting in varying degrees of illness and disease, but we are designed to recover once balance is restored. Some of our systems function so poorly they become the focus of our attention. Do not be mistaken, illness is not isolated to a particular organ or system, it involves the entire body. Our body was designed to function within certain parameters, having basic dietary requirements to perform basic functions. If we input poorly we will function poorly. Though heredity and environmental influences are critical factors in the onset of illness and disease, it is our diet that determines ‘how’ and ‘when’ they impact us. Our diet will also determine ‘if’ and ‘when’ we will recover. The body is well equipped to fight invasive elements and restore itself if armed with proper nutrition, exercise and rest. Our body cannot compensate for our nutritional shortcomings. It chemically responds to stimulus in a predetermined, genetically imbedded manner. The stomach does not put in extra effort to dissolve red meat, for instance, just because our pancreas isn’t functioning properly. Perhaps one of the most absurd notions is that our body will decide to store fat in the event we decide to deprive it later. Our cells do not contemplate whether we will be starving ourselves in the near or distant future. Our bodies do not choose to be ill, and they cannot choose to stay that way. You are most likely on our website because you or someone in your life is in ill health. It is time to restore function, repair damage and maintain your body (your life vehicle). Maintaining good health is just as important as restoring it. If you revert to your former dietary excesses or insufficiencies you will once again find yourself in ill health. You need do only three things to restore health:
The Alfalfa Macronutrient Protocol will help you. The Protocol will not cure your affliction; your body will have the opportunity to do that ITSELF once you supply it with this incredible food. It has ingredients your body needs to nurture itself back to health. We recommend that your primary source of nourishment be limited to Alfalfa Leaf Powder and Distilled water mixed with Chlorophyllins for the first few days of the Protocol. This will aid in detoxification and limit the expulsion of valuable energy on digestion. Though we do not support a particular diet to maintain good health, we do recommend that you read the dietary research and information contained in our site. Diet is the most potent medicine! THE ALFALFA MACRONUTRIENT PROTOCOL:NOURISH, CLEANSE AND STRENGTHENWhile providing all the nutrients needed to function properly, Alfalfa Leaf Powder will also help detoxify your body and strengthen your immune system. It is easily assimilated by the body and will help increase your appetite. DAYS 1 – 3Mix one heaping tablespoon of Alfalfa Leaf Powder in a glass of distilled water. You may use a fruit juice, the purer the better, and you may also add half a banana. We do not recommend using milk at this time. Do this 4-5 times per day for the first three days. DAYS 4 – 7Continue consuming your Alfalfa Leaf Powder beverage at least 3 times daily. You may add a light meal of white-fleshed fish such as orange roughy or scallops, and begin to consume fresh fruits and vegetables whenever you desire. WEEK 2 – 4 Continue consuming your Alfalfa Leaf Powder beverage at least 3 times daily. You may increase your meat intake, avoiding ‘red meats’. Meat should be boiled or poached with the broth discarded. Continue consuming plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Foods should be consumed in their natural raw state whenever possible. The alfalfa also contains natural elements that find and destroy bacteria in the intestine and colon. Because of this, when a person eats alfalfa MacroNutrient exclusively, it may take 2 to 3 days before one will have a bowel movement. The feces will turn green. This is normal, and you will find it has almost no odor. IN ADDITION YOU NEED:
Liquid
Chlorophyllins:
Mix ¼ (4
ounces) bottle of Liquid Chlorophyllins in a gallon of distilled water.
You should consume 1 full bottle of Liquid Chlorophyllins per week for
two weeks, then 2 tbsp three times a day. Chlorophyll is a natural
diuretic so one can expect increased urination. This is good because it
will be cleansing the liver and kidneys as well as detoxifying any
aflatoxins that might have invaded the body.
Rest: Get plenty of rest, two naps per day minimum with at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Have plenty of fresh air to breath while you sleep; partially open a window. Sunshine and fresh air. At least 30 minutes per day one should sit in direct sunlight with as little clothing on as possible. Sunlight has certain healing rays yet undiscovered by our scientists. Reflect on the good things! Spirit controls mind; mind controls matter. In the end our quest should be to discover and apply truth, beauty and goodness.
